Shipping policy
Domestic (USA):
- Delivery estimates and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Customers may choose between USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority) or UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air®, or Next Day Air Saver).
- All shipments are trackable, with estimated delivery typically ranging from 3–7 business days after dispatch. All orders ship from Indiana (with the exception of made-to-order items).
- Need your order quickly? Based on our experience, we recommend selecting a UPS option over USPS for faster and more reliable delivery.
International (Worldwide, outside of USA):
• Delivery Timelines & automatically-discounted Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout. Customers have the option of choosing between UPS (Worldwide Expedited or Saver), or DHL (Express Worldwide).
• Shipment delivery will vary depending on the destination & selected mail carrier service, but you can typically expect your package to arrive within 7 - 14 business days, plus any additional time for customs processing if applicable.
• Please note international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties/tariffs, separate international mail handling fees, & other additional fees levied by the destination country, due upon arrival of your package. BLUE ADAPTATION has no control over these fees nor are they included in the original purchase price or shipping charges you pay upon checkout from our store. The recipient is responsible to pay separately for any such determined governmental charges upon delivery of their package. Duties and taxes are imposed by your government to protect national revenue and safeguard local industry. Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment.
