Thus far, Domestic deliveries within the USA have not been affected by delays.
While shipping timelines are unfortunately beyond our control, we do want our valued customers to be aware in advance of any potential delays prior to placing an International order.

All orders are shipped in plastic-free packaging.
• Orders totaling $50 & over ship FREE via USPS First Class within the US. (Discount automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders).
• Shipping Costs and Delivery Times are calculated at checkout. Customers have the option of choosing between USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.
• All shipments are trackable & should arrive within 2 - 5 business days of order dispatch.
International (outside of USA):
• Shipping Costs and Delivery Times are calculated at checkout. Customers have the option of choosing between USPS First Class International and DHL Express Worldwide.
• Shipment delivery will vary depending on the destination, but you can typically expect your package to arrive within 7 - 21 business days, plus any additional time for customs processing if applicable. Although a tracking number will be issued for your order, please note that USPS only provides limited tracking updates once your shipment leaves the US.
• Please note international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, separate handling, & other additional fees levied by the destination country, due upon arrival of your package. BLUE ADAPTATION has no control over these fees nor are they included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. The recipient is responsible to pay separately for any determined charges upon delivery.
We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund (or exchange) on all unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Domestic Returns & Refunds (USA)
Upon hearing from you, we’ll provide a USPS return shipping label and further instructions. Once your return is physically received, inspected, and approved, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less the cost of the discounted return shipping label (typically no more than $5 if mailed back in the original reusable packaging). This return shipment fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. Please note refunds may take up to 14 business days to process & reflect on your account.
International Returns & Refunds (Worldwide, outside USA)
Per the above policy parameters, just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note we are unable to provide international return shipment labels on our end.
