RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase!
If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept domestic returns or exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To request an exchange, or if you need additional assistance, please contact us via our Contact Us form or email us directly at hello@blueadaptation.com. Be sure to include your name and/or order number and let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Domestic Returns & Refunds (USA)
Once we hear from you, we’ll provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label along with simple instructions.
After your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll email you a confirmation, and your refund will be issued to your original form of payment (less the cost of the original shipping amount & pre-paid return label).
Please note that shipping carrier charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges (USA)
We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
We currently cover all associated exchange shipping costs, provided the original sale remains in place. Additional exchanges may require a shipping fee.
International Returns & Refunds (outside the USA)
Due to the high costs associated with international shipping and the recent elimination of the de minimis tax exemption for items reentering the U.S. (effective August 29, 2025), we are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are considered final.

Return Shipping Fees (USA)
If you choose to return items for a refund, the cost of the provided prepaid USPS return label will be deducted from your refund as follows:
• Packages under 1 lb (typically 1 item): $6.99
• Packages over 1 lb (typically 2+ items): $8.99+
Please note these figures are general estimates and actual shipping label rates may vary.
If an order originally qualified for free shipping but falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original outbound shipping cost may also be deducted from the refund.
For returns containing 3 or more items, a small handling/restocking fee of 1% per item may apply.
